These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of Company Act, with the arbitration to take place in Uttar Pradesh.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Waviator Solutions with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
